LuxeLenz is not responsible for legal claims arising from materials supplied by a customer without the necessary rights or permissions. - Editing Instructions and Revisions
Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate editing instructions.
We will make reasonable efforts to follow the instructions provided by the customer.
If an editing request is unclear, we may contact the customer for clarification.
Where revisions are requested, the scope and number of revisions may depend on the specific service or project agreement.
Additional work outside the originally agreed requirements may be subject to separate arrangements. - Free Trial / First 5 Photos
If LuxeLenz offers a “First 5 Photos Free” trial or promotional offer, the offer is subject to the terms communicated by LuxeLenz at the time of the offer.
The free offer may be limited to eligible customers and may be subject to reasonable restrictions, including duplicate requests or misuse of the promotion.
LuxeLenz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial or promotional offer at any time. - Project Delivery
We aim to deliver completed projects within the timeframe communicated to the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
Number of files

Any estimated delivery time is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed upon. - Payments

Photo and video editing involves creative and technical adjustments.
While LuxeLenz aims to produce accurate and professional results, edited images may represent visual enhancements rather than an exact representation of the original property or scene.
Customers are responsible for reviewing final images and ensuring that the delivered content is suitable for their intended use.
LuxeLenz does not guarantee that edited images will satisfy the requirements of every third-party platform, listing service, advertising platform, or publication. - Third-Party Websites and Services
